Chip Justice is an engineer by day. By night he fights crime using The Bionic Fro (TM) he invented himself to prevent his arch nememems...uhhh......nemmemisses? To prevent Baby Glark from using his mind control powers on him. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop him from using it on everyone else!

Baby Glark created the Vortex of Shenanigans to make it Opposite Day every day! Up is down, down is up, left is right, and clouds are...pink?

Baby Glark's shenanigans are spreading! Chip has contacted his best friend, Tina America, for help!
